GRANT has completed the renovation construction and Tenants are now open at the Whittier Ave. Retail Center, formerly known as Friendly Hills Bowling Center. The historically-sensitive renovation maintained the famed ”Googie” Architecture and upgraded the Structure and Site for Retail use. Tenants include ALDI, BevMo and a Specialty Retailer.
