Casa de Amparo – Oceanside CA and San Marcos CA
- In addition to Construction Management and General Contracting, GRANT has been an active supporter of this charitable organization providing donations of goods, services and monies to support their endeavors.
- Jim Grant serves on the Board of Directors, and he and his wife Kim are active organizers for many events and fundraisers.
Coastline Community Church
- Coastline church was developed by Jim Peevey and Jim Grant after their church split. Grant located the land, did all of the entitlements work, and built the building while also assisting in a capital campaign through the church. Today Coastline has more than doubled in size and recently underwent a large remodel expanding the sanctuary.
