We have provided multiple variations of our services to numerous Church Clients throughout Southern California. We have found that while many Clients desire assistance with their initial design and entitlement process…others are searching only for a General Contractor to bid and build their new structure. Building a Church requires a special approach because it is truly an emotional experience for the Congregation. We take the time to explain the process and review the details and breakdown the costs…so that all aspects of the Project are understood and the expectations can be realized.

Some Builders may look at a Church as a “Non-Profit” type of Building. We understand that a Church functioning correctly with centers of donations is how it is able to provide several amenities for its members. It is critical to provide the new space so that members can see where their tithing has been spent and to appreciate the services their Church provides.

We can also provide a Design-build and or Design-assist Contracting wherein we contribute in the design and cost control aspects of the the new facility. This is an excellent way to streamline the process so that the delivery of the building is quick and efficient.
