GRANT has begun construction of the Center Pointe Commercial Center in Beaumont CA for RICH Development. With Site and Off-Site Development, this Center will ultimately include Rite Aid Pharmacy Store, Sonic Drive-In Restaurant, Fast Five Car Wash, Les Schwab Tire Center and a Food Retail Building including a Panera Bread Drive-thru. Project is scheduled for an August 2018 Grand Opening.
