When completed in July 2018 the over 21,000 SF Facility located within a 7 Acre Site will include a Clubhouse Building, Gym Building with Indoor Pool, Shade Structure, Restroom Building, Pools & Spa, Tennis and Pickleball Courts, and associated Outdoor Spaces for Residents of this over 1,400 Home Community.
