GRANT has started construction at the newest upscale Retail Center in South Orange County, the much-anticipated SENDERO Marketplace in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The 13-acre Center is the newest component of the SENDERO Community, developed by Rancho Mission Viejo Land Company, and located next door to the successful Ladera Ranch Development. To be anchored by Gelsons Grocery, the Center is scheduled for completion in April 2017.
