GRANT is progressing the design and anticipates construction to commence in early 2017, for the Tenant Improvements at The Father’s House Church in San Marcos, CA. The former multi-condo Commercial/Office Building is being converted to Church Space including a 500+ Seat Assembly Area, Coffee Shop, Classrooms and Administrative Spaces. Completion is scheduled for 2nd Quarter 2017.
